Kylie Bertucci's Monthly International Blog Highlights

 

Hi my crafty friends, here I am yet again taking part in Kylie's monthly International Blog highlights. Every month demonstrators from all over the world take part in the monthly hop, we get to create a thank you card and the cards with the highest votes get to craft with the lovely Kylie Bertucci at the end of the month. I made it to the top ten once and I'm hoping this time that I make it once more. I would appreciate it if you took the time to vote for my card, tomorrow when this hop goes live the gallery will be filled with inspiration and beautiful ideas. 

I chose to make my card using the ALL THINGS FABULOUS bundle, I just love the flowers and like  the look of the layered images, I also used The POPPY MOMENTS DIES and the STITCHED RECTANGLE DIES.

 

Card Details:

1: Stamp and die cut the flower images using All things fabulous bundle.

2: Cut leaves and the flower centres using the Poppy moments dies.

3: Cut card base 4/18 x 11 3/4 score @ 5 7/8

4: Place the second largest stitched rectangle and cut out the centre.

5: Adhere the Forever gold laser cut speciality paper in the centre, I chose to use the white side, it looked better with the Blackberry Bliss cardstock.

6: I made a frame using the second and the third largest stitched rectangle dies just to give it a good finish.

7: I then arranged my cut images once I was happy with the arrangement I adhere it with multipurpose glue.

8: I embellished the flowers using the basic pearls jewels.

9: I stamped THANKS A BUNCH using the  CELEBRATE SUNFLOWERS stamp set.

10: Optional, the rectangle piece that was cut out from the centre I adhered to the inside on the back of the card front to give it a finished look and I repeated step 6 .
