Blogging Friends Blog Hop August 2021 Fall Days Are Coming

 The Theme for this month is "FALL" and the brief was to use products from the new June to December 2021 Mini Catalogue. It was a head scratching moment for me. I don't purchase Fall themed stamps and dies, it's not something I gravitate to. I was not sure where to start. On receiving my Stampin'Up! order, I looked through my goodies and most of my products were Christmassy, till I had a look through all the products in the Blackberry Beauty Suite Collection and I was happy to see the leaves dies, I knew I could do something with that, and I was very happy with how it turned out and I hope you like it too.

I die cut heaps of leaves from different coloured cardstock scraps and kept aside. I then used the Cloche die to cut the aperture for the Cloche shaker dome. I die cut the bird from the beautiful Blackberry Beauty DSP using the bird die from the Beautiful Leaves Dies. I stamped the Thank You sentiment with versamark and heat set with gold emboss powder. I then adhered the top layer on to the shaker dome. I did a dry run and made sure the Bird was centred in the shaker dome once I was happy with the placement I glued the Bird to the card base. I then placed some of the die cut leaves in the centre, I removed the backing from the shaker dome and adhered it to the card base, with the left over leaves I randomly glued it to the top layer as shown in the image.
